Good fundraising systems free you up to focus
on what you do best — your actual work.

About Me

After more than 20 years building fundraising and communications systems at University of Toronto, I came back to Saskatchewan to work with charities that need practical help, not theoretical advice.

I spent nearly two decades at a major university watching what works when organizations have resources, and what falls apart when they don't. I learned that good fundraising isn't about following a perfect playbook — it's about building systems that fit your actual capacity and so you can do the work that matters most.

I work with small to mid-sized nonprofits where one or two people are trying to handle fundraising, communications, and everything else. My focus is helping you figure out what's actually working, what's wasting time, and what needs to happen next — then implementing solutions that make your work easier.

I'm not interested in handing over another strategic document to file away. I want to build systems that bring in revenue and free up your time to focus on your mission.
